Terms & Conditions

Standfast Tree Services provides professional arborist services including, but not limited to:

• Tree removal
• Tree pruning and lopping
• Stump grinding
• Emergency storm response
• Arborist reports and assessments

All works are carried out in accordance with relevant Australian Standards, including AS 4373-2007 and AS 4970-2009, and applicable NSW regulations.

• Quotes are provided based on information available at the time of inspection or enquiry.
• Prices may change if site conditions differ from those originally assessed.
• Additional work will be discussed and approved before proceeding where reasonably possible.

• It is the property owner’s responsibility to obtain council approval for tree works unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We are not liable for works delayed or cancelled due to lack of approval or inaccurate information provided.

• Clients must provide safe and reasonable access to the worksite.
• We reserve the right to suspend or cancel works if conditions are unsafe.
• Safety of people, property, and wildlife is our first priority.

• All reasonable steps are taken to identify and protect wildlife habitats.
• Works may be postponed if active nests or protected fauna are identified, in line with environmental regulations.

• Payment terms will be outlined on invoices or quotes.
• Payment is due within the timeframe specified unless otherwise agreed.
• Late payments may incur reasonable recovery costs.

• Cancellations should be made as early as possible.
• Late cancellations may incur a fee to cover scheduling and preparation costs.

• We hold appropriate public liability and professional insurance.
• To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
• Nothing in these Terms limits rights under Australian Consumer Law.
